My name is Graham Crowe. I started the firm, East Anglian Forklifts Ltd., in 2001. I had formerly worked as a fork lift engineer and decided it was time I went solo. I still enjoy a hands-on approach and keep myself involved in all aspects of the company. Alongside service, training and maintenance, we offer trucks for sale and hire. Our fleet of hire vehicles ranges from small electric trucks to 4 ton models. East Anglian Forklifts offer hire of every make and model of truck, because we are not tied into a dealership. So we are able to meet your specific requirements at a competitive price which is best for you. In 2003, with the business expanding, I took on an engineer, Paul, who carries out services and repairs. Simon works with us as a trainer for fork lift training courses. EAF have evolved accredited training corses, enabling candidates to achieve a fork lift driver's license complying with national standards. In 2011, we were joined by Andy, our administrator. Each year, the company goes from strength to strength, with a reputation built on our being reliable and maintaining the highest quality of service. We value all our customers as individuals, and strive to develop a friendly and productive working relationship with them. We have built up a sizeable customer base, with some of our clients having just one forklift while others have as many as thirty. We treat them all with the same care and concern. Though Paul and I have been trained on the Linde range of trucks, and have been trained in the Linde factory, we work on every other model and make, and have a very wide experience of the many different designs and brands. We sell new and used trucks, and offer a minimum of 3 months warranty on every forklift we sell.
